ChildVoice is dedicated to restoring the VOICES of adolescents traumatized by war and exploitation.
In war and conflict, children and adolescents are vulnerable to abduction, exploitation, human trafficking, and being used as child soldiers. In conflict regions, marginalized adolescent girls often become child mothers as well. Forcibly displaced, these young people end up in refugee settlements or internally displaced persons camps, where the abuse and exploitation can continue.
Right now, 37 million forcibly displaced children and adolescents need help to recover from trauma. To learn valuable life and vocational skills. To renew their hopes for a better future.
