Dancing in the light

“Volunteering in Africa taught me to see beyond what was right in front of me. It taught me that joy has many faces, some that I had never witnessed before. Though I believed my heart was already full, I learned that there was still so much room for growth.” - Denise Stasik

Absolutely inspiring stories and insights from a woman with a heart that just keeps on growing, offering us all a chance to grow, sing and dance with her through every African experience. Dancing in the Light is a gift for the would-be global volunteer: a must-read before committing to stepping into the Light that is Africa. But this is more than a how-to volunteer book; it is a manifesto for living a life of purpose, respectfully and open-heartedly, and applicable to every reader.
